Chef Sundaramoorthy Krishnasamy, before joining us, had worked in some of Cardiff’s top Indian kitchens such as the Mint & Mustard and Purple Poppadom as a curry speciality chef. In the last 25 years, he has gained valuable experience in working in some of India’s top hotels & restaurants. His time spent in Singapore, Malaysia and Moscow gave him the considerable wealth of knowledge and experience to create tasteful South Asian cuisine.
